Our Community Has Heart!  2012

We invite you to attend “Our Community Has Heart!” 2012.  This family event will feature a 5K run, awareness walk, blood drive, food vendors, and numerous children’s activities including face painting, balloon artist, bounce house, obstacle course, and more!  Early registration of $25/adult includes an event t-shirt.  Prizes will be awarded to the top three fundraisers and special recognition will be given to the team with the highest amount raised. 

(You are not required to raise money or participate on a team.)

Kids are free!  Everyone is welcome to attend!

This event is put on by Lasting Imprint, a Minnesota nonprofit organization committed to fighting congenital heart defects (CHD).  CHD is the #1 birth defect in America and affects approximately 1 in 100 babies born.  Twice as many children die from CHD than all forms of childhood cancer combined.*  Funds raised by the event will be used to advance the mission of this organization.  We invite you to visit our website to learn more!
